Step 1: Our Survey
The BodyBlast team will have you fill out a "patient" survey. This detailed set of questions gives us an in-depth assessment of your goals and your body type. This survey gives us the information we need to begin defining your program to get you the most effective results.
Step 2: Your lifestyle
We keep your lifestyle in mind. You will decide with a BodyBlast trainer your meals per day and your cardiovascular and training sessions per week. We want you to maintain your success: therefore your lifestyle is directly related to maintaining your results for the rest of your life.
Step 3: Your Customized Program
BodyBlast offers 4 program types: Fat Loss, Muscle Sculpt, Lean Mass, and Peak Performance. Your program will be developed based on one of these successfully-proven systems.
BodyBlast has 3 factors of change that are the focus of your program: Resistance Training, Cardiovascular Training, and Nutrition. Your BodyBlast trainer takes these factors,your lifestyle, and a proposed program type to the team for consultation. Together, the team develops the most efficient program for you.
